How to Join
- A R100 joining fee is non-refundable after account activation and a 5-business-day cooling-off period applies under the Consumer Protection Act
- You must be referred by an existing IBO and have their referral code to register. Contact admin@omotergents.co.za should you need a referral code
- No commissions are earned from joining fees, all earnings come from product sales only
- Omotergents reserves the right to decline any application without reason
Independent Business Owner VS Employee
- You are an independent contractor not an employee, agent, or partner of Omotergents
- You are solely responsible for your own income tax, provisional tax, and SARS obligations
- No employee benefits apply. No leave pay, UIF, pension, or medical aid
- You may not represent yourself as an employee or official agent of Omotergents
3-Month Consecutive Qualification Rule
- You must sell a minimum of 10 packs per month for 3 consecutive calendar months to unlock team commissions
- Missing even one month immediately pauses all team commissions, you must start the 3-month count again
- Your retail profit from personal sales is not affected by qualification status
- The minimum monthly requirement may be adjusted by Omotergents with 30 days’ notice
Products & Pricing
- You may set your own retail price above R155 you may not sell below the IBO purchase price
- Returns accepted only for damaged or defective products within 7 days with photo evidence
- Delivery options: Shop Collection (free), Nationwide Courier (R100)
- Orders are final once payment is confirmed no cancellations after processing

- Commissions calculated on IBO purchase price (R155) not on the retail price or delivery fees
- Each IBO can recruit a maximum of 5 direct members up to 5 levels deep
- If an upline IBO is not qualified when a commission event occurs, that commission is forfeited permanently
- Omotergents may amend commission rates with 30 days’ written notice
Payouts
- Minimum payout: R100
- EFT to your registered SA bank account only no cash, no third-party accounts
- Payouts can be withheld if fraud is suspected or bank details are incorrect
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations to SARS
Products & Pricing
- No false income claims or “get rich quick” promises to recruits
- No high-pressure, deceptive, or manipulative recruitment tactics
- No inventory loading, buying stock without intent to sell
- All social media content must be truthful and pre-compliant
Leaving or Being Terminated
- You may resign anytime. Properly earned commissions paid within 30 days
- Immediate termination for fraud, inventory loading, or pyramid scheme activity
- Terminated IBOs forfeit all pending commissions
- 5-day CPA cooling-off right applies from registration date
Data protection (POPIA)
- Personal data collected only for registration, ordering, and payout purposes
- Omotergents will never sell your data to third parties
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data
- You must also handle any customer data you collect in compliance with POPIA
