🚚 Delivery Policy

• Timeline: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, provided stock is available.
• Condition: All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Defective Goods

• Unsuitable Goods: You must notify Omotergents in writing of any unsuitable goods within 7 days of delivery.
• Defective Goods: Allegations of defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Our Process: Omotergents reserves the right to remedy the defect or supply replacement goods.
• Product Integrity: Products may not be diluted, mixed, altered, relabelled, or repackaged. To be eligible for return, items must maintain their original integrity as supplied.
